The watch is fully working and comes with an Apple Watch SE box, USB-C charger, the original Apple black Sport Band with both sizes, plus 2 extra straps as a gift. For a full day (workouts, many notifications, sleep tracking, WiFi and Bluetooth enabled) you might need to charge it one hour in the morning and maybe one in the evening.
