Asus RT-AC86U gaming router ac2900, dual-band, AiMesh, 2× usb, up to 2900 mbps

For sale: a 100% fully functional ASUS RT-AC86U gaming router with the original ASUS power adapter. The router has been lightly used. I actually own two of these — this one was used as an additional node to extend my Wi-Fi coverage through AiMesh. I no longer need it, and although I originally planned to keep it as a backup, I eventually decided it didn't make much sense because this router is incredibly reliable. 😄 The RT-AC86U is a model well known for its stability and reliability. Feel free to check the reviews online — they speak for themselves. I've personally never had any problems whatsoever with this router. It has a very well-designed administration panel, making it easy and convenient to configure virtually everything. It also includes parental controls and many other useful features. On the back you'll find 2 USB ports, including 1× USB 3.0. You can connect a USB flash drive or an SSD/HDD and use it as your own network storage (NAS). Another small but genuinely clever feature is the physical switch that turns off the front-panel LEDs. Perfect if flashing lights bother you at night — a small detail, but surprisingly useful. The router can be positioned vertically, which makes it very space-efficient and allows it to take up very little desk or shelf space. A great choice if you're looking for a reliable, powerful and feature-packed ASUS gaming router that can also work as part of an AiMesh system.
